Online Returns

Shoesnmore.com has a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS. This no refund policy matches our in-store returns policy, in an effort to respect how our clients have been shopping with us over the decades. This also allows us to provide a full 30 days for you to make your decision on whether to keep an item, rather than the rushed, shorter time-frame often associated with refunds.

ONLINE PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT OR IN-STORE STORE-CREDIT OR IN-STORE EXCHANGE PER THE FOLLOWING:

1. ANY ONLINE PURCHASE SHIPPED BACK TO US WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR  AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY (CANNOT BE USED IN-STORE),

OR

2. ANY ONLINE PURCHASE BROUGHT TO A STORE LOCATION WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN IN-STORE STORE CREDIT OR IN-STORE EXCHANGE ONLY. (CANNOT BE USED ONLINE).

To Make an Online Return Via Shipping and Receive an Online Store Credit:

1. To start an online return, please contact us at online@shoesnmore.com. Please indicate if you are looking to return a gift item. If your return request is approved, we will email you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted. 

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase AND return authorization you received. 

5. Shoesnmore.com is not responsible for any shipping costs.  

6. After we receive and inspect the merchandise for return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of merchandise. You will receive an email advising whether or not your online store credit is approved as soon as possible. If approved, you will receive a code via email. We aim to respond within 24-72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

While Shoesnmore.com strives to provide a smooth return process, we do reserve the right to reject a return for any reason, including, but not limited to, if an item is returned without following the returns process, if an item arrives in worn, used or damaged condition, etc. Shoesnmore.com is not responsible for any loss of or damage to items during shipping. Should we receive a non-returnable/non-acceptable item, and you choose to keep the item thereafter, Shoesnmore.com is not responsible for subsequent shipping costs. Again, please note, online purchases shipped back are eligible for online store credit only.

To Make an Online Return In-Store and Receive an In-Store Credit or In-Store Exchange:

Simply visit any one of our store locations. Bring a copy of your online order receipt and relevant item(s). All criteria for an acceptable return still apply. You will be eligible to receive an in-store store credit or in-store exchange only. Again, please note, in-store returns are NOT eligible for online store credit or online exchange.

Online Exchanges

We are unable to process online exchanges. Accordingly, online purchases can be exchanged at the in-store level only. Please see "To Make an Online Return In-Store and Receive an In-Store Credit or In-Store Exchange" above.

Product Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes masks, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as edibles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sale items are final sale.

Damages and Incorrect Items

- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at online@shoesnmore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and try to assist. Please keep the original packaging.

- Shoesnmore.com is not responsible for any loss of or damage to items during shipping.
